Saint Cecilia’s Care Group is 35 years old this year and to celebrate we’re saying ‘thank you’ to the communities who have supported us over those years.

Yesterday we were joined by some very special individuals, nominated for the work they do supporting others in our community, for afternoon tea at Daisy Tea Rooms in Scalby.

We plan to hold similar afternoon tea events in Whitby and Pickering where we also have homes.

Guests with us yesterday came from the Womens Wellbeing Club Scarborough, Scarborough Dial A Ride, Sparks project, Carers Plus Yorkshire, Keep Scarborough Tidy, Scarborough Athletic FC, Dementia Forward, Age UK North Yorkshire Coast and Moors and the Gallows Close Centre.
