carers

There is no finer job than providing care for others.

Our care workers at our nursing homes in Scarborough, Pickering and Whitby are the very special people who do the most important job in our homes and that is, look after our residents.

We know just how vital they are and do our best to value and reward them for the hard work they do all year round.

No previous experience of working in care is necessary as we provide full training. All we are looking for are kind, caring and empathetic individuals who want to help others to enjoy a good quality of life.

In return, we offer a competitive package with an above minimum wage hourly rate, regular bonuses and rate increases for NVQ completion and lots of other benefits and rewards.

We value our staff and when you join Saint Cecilia’s as a care worker you are joining our family. We will be keen to see you join us and to settle in and progress within the organisation.

Ours is a forward-thinking and expanding care group with lots of opportunities to build a career with us whilst enjoying the rewarding role of caring for others and making a real difference to people’s lives.
