Do you have previous experience working in care, leading a team and want to further your development within a Team Leader role?

Our Care Team Leader’s provide direction, leadership, and hands-on support to our carers, ensuring residents receive personalised care that meets their needs and encourages independence.

You will create initial personalised care plans, administer medication, undertake daily observations of all residents, identify changes in needs, and take appropriate action where necessary. It's important to ensure that all records are up-to-date, and care plans reflect each resident's needs continuously.

You should have or be working towards a level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, have experience leading a team, care planning and medication management.
